What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for the Calabrio platform, managing system configurations, forecasting, and reporting.
• Audit scheduling efficacy and forecast accuracy produced by offshore WFM partners to maintain program integrity.
• Standardize WFM data and KPI reporting across the ecosystem to establish a single source of truth.
• Lead technical onboarding and training for new offshore WFM resources on Calabrio workflows and standards.
• Ensure WFM scheduling practices remain compliant with labor laws and internal policies through routine audits.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Calabrio WFM, including system configuration and reporting.
• Experience working in a split onshore/offshore BPO environment.
• Strong analytical instincts and a high bar for data integrity.
• Proven ability to translate leadership priorities into structured processes and scalable workflows.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
