Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do
- Drive end-to-end project tracking for major initiatives, including global team expansion and AI integration.
- Manage cross-functional workflows between the technology department and business units.
- Develop and maintain operational systems, templates, and playbooks to increase team velocity.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CTO, managing priorities, calendars, and executive routines.
- Optimize reporting cadences, budget trackers, and resource allocation processes.
- Coordinate high-visibility leadership meetings, offsites, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, or Operations Partner supporting C-level or VP-level leaders.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
- Proven experience managing multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working within global organizations.
- Exceptional project management skills and a systems-thinking mindset.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Jersey City, NJ.

- Background in program management specifically within technology organizations.
- Experience in fintech or high-growth startups.
