What you will do

• Drive end-to-end project tracking for major initiatives, including global team expansion and AI integration.
• Manage cross-functional workflows between the technology department and business units.
• Develop and maintain operational systems, templates, and playbooks to increase team velocity.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CTO, managing priorities, calendars, and executive routines.
• Optimize reporting cadences, budget trackers, and resource allocation processes.
• Coordinate high-visibility leadership meetings, offsites, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, or Operations Partner supporting C-level or VP-level leaders.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
• Proven experience managing multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working within global organizations.
• Exceptional project management skills and a systems-thinking mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Jersey City, NJ.

• Background in program management specifically within technology organizations.
