Compensation: US: $67,520 - $103,000 | UK: £88,277 - £103,222

What you will do

• Gather business objectives and document comprehensive functional requirements and data definitions.
• Perform gap analysis to compare current processes, client needs, and system capabilities.
• Translate business definitions into technical metadata for tables, columns, and schemas within Databricks and Unity Catalog.
• Partner with Product Managers to define and manage product and project roadmaps.
• Maintain the Enterprise Data Catalog and validate data classification with data owners.
• Act as a liaison between business users and data engineers to support data modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related experience.
• 3-6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, complex relational databases, and BI tools.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools like Visio and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to build and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Must maintain a minimum of 3 hours of overlapping work time with the New York (EST) time zone.
