Focus on building recurring dashboards, conducting trend analysis, and managing capacity planning models.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

  • Build and maintain recurring dashboards to track key Trust & Safety metrics such as case volumes and resolution times.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with accurate data analysis.
  • Maintain and update forecasting and capacity planning models to support operational planning.
  • Conduct structured analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Policy teams to ensure reporting reflects evolving business needs.
  • Standardize and document KPI definitions and reporting standards.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, BI, or Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Looker.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or the ability to build technical proficiency quickly.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Trust & Safety, fraud, compliance, or risk teams in ecommerce, fintech, marketplace, or social media companies.
