What you will do
- Build and maintain recurring dashboards to track key Trust & Safety metrics such as case volumes and resolution times.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with accurate data analysis.
- Maintain and update forecasting and capacity planning models to support operational planning.
- Conduct structured analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps.
- Partner with Operations, Product, and Policy teams to ensure reporting reflects evolving business needs.
- Standardize and document KPI definitions and reporting standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, BI, or Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Looker.
- Working knowledge of SQL or the ability to build technical proficiency quickly.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland

- Experience supporting Trust & Safety, fraud, compliance, or risk teams in ecommerce, fintech, marketplace, or social media companies.
