What you will do

• Act as the second line of defence for abandonment decisions, providing sign-off within a £50k authority limit.
• Oversee and optimize AI-driven tools for TPI quantum challenges and liability dispute letters.
• Conduct monthly audits of abandonment decisions to identify risks and develop remedial action plans.
• Produce MI and insight-led reports for senior leadership using Power BI and Excel.
• Manage a small caseload of up to 50 recovery files end-to-end to drive optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure compliance with delegated authority.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end subrogation and recoveries lifecycle, including litigation processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for extracting insights from complex data.
• Ability to evaluate AI model behavior, identify anomalies, and provide structured feedback.
• Must have valid UK work authorization: applicants must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to travel occasionally to internal claims sites and panel solicitor offices.
