What you will do

• Identify, investigate, and mitigate fraudulent deposit activity and implement logic targeting bad actors.
• Use quantitative analysis to assess risk, measure tradeoffs, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Monitor anomalous transaction behavior and develop dashboards to track fraud performance.
• Own risk controls end-to-end and scale processes to provide coverage for business expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data Science, and Engineering to develop custom risk management strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years fighting push payment fraud in an e-commerce or financial services environment.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, working with databases and querying (e.g., SQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Databricks and data visualization platforms like Looker, Tableau, or SuperSet.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Understanding of statistical concepts and experience with Python or R.
• Experience working with machine learning models.
• Knowledge of blockchain analytics and fraud trends within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
