What you will do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads from business owners interested in accounting services.
• Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
• Recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions based on client needs.
• Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services using a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Efficiently manage all client interactions and data within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Prior experience in a phone-based, high-volume sales environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for building rapport and articulating complex information.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to present solutions and make decisive recommendations confidently.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Largo, FL
