What you will do
- Ensure all flight training programs comply with EASA Part-FCL and Part-ORA requirements.
- Develop and standardize training syllabi for courses including PPL, CPL, ATPL, and IR.
- Supervise, assess, and manage the professional development of flight instructors and examiners.
- Implement and manage a robust Quality Assurance System, including conducting internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to integrate safety principles and a proactive safety culture into training.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in flight training.
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of EASA Part-FCL, Part-ORA, and associated AMC/GM.
- Valid EASA Flight Instructor Certificate (FI, IRI, CRI, or TRI).
- Authorization to live and work in the United States.
- English: Excellent fluency (C1) required.
