EASA Training Manager (Aviation)

What you will do

• Ensure all flight training programs comply with EASA Part-FCL and Part-ORA requirements.
• Develop and standardize training syllabi for courses including PPL, CPL, ATPL, and IR.
• Supervise, assess, and manage the professional development of flight instructors and examiners.
• Implement and manage a robust Quality Assurance System, including conducting internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with the Safety Manager to integrate safety principles and a proactive safety culture into training.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in flight training.
• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of EASA Part-FCL, Part-ORA, and associated AMC/GM.
• Valid EASA Flight Instructor Certificate (FI, IRI, CRI, or TRI).
• Authorization to live and work in the United States.
• English: Excellent fluency (C1) required.
