What you will do
- Deliver standardized hands-on technical training to manufacturing operators on production lines.
- Develop and maintain instructional materials, classroom content, and visual work instructions.
- Validate and document operator proficiency and certification using the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Analyze production performance and audit findings to identify and close skill gaps.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure training accuracy and alignment with manufacturing practices.
- Support the onboarding and development of new trainers within the organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical operations environment.
- Proven experience delivering hands-on technical training to production associates.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
Nice to have
- Experience with electrical, thermal, mechanical, or data center manufacturing systems.
- Background in Learning & Development or instructional design.
- Certifications such as Train-the-Trainer, OSHA, or Six Sigma.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership on workforce development.
