What you will do

• Deliver standardized hands-on technical training to manufacturing operators on production lines.
• Develop and maintain instructional materials, classroom content, and visual work instructions.
• Validate and document operator proficiency and certification using the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Analyze production performance and audit findings to identify and close skill gaps.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure training accuracy and alignment with manufacturing practices.
• Support the onboarding and development of new trainers within the organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical operations environment.
• Proven experience delivering hands-on technical training to production associates.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrical, thermal, mechanical, or data center manufacturing systems.
• Background in Learning & Development or instructional design.
• Certifications such as Train-the-Trainer, OSHA, or Six Sigma.
