What you will do

• Serve as an instructor bridging technology and officers, teaching effective use of Aerodome software, hardware, and integrations.
• Ensure public safety agencies maximize Drone as First Responder (DFR) programs to save lives and solve crime.
• Empower agencies from installation to operational excellence with hirify.global systems.
• Lead onsite and remote training sessions for new and existing partner agencies.
• Assist in creating new training modules as software updates and new hardware are released.
• Serve as a primary subject matter expert for customer questions regarding Aerodome platform usage.

Requirements

• Strong background in Public Safety Training.
• Ability to master and teach complex software and hardware ecosystems.
• Exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences in remote and onsite environments.
• Willingness to travel onsite to partner agencies as required (70% travel).
• Active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification or ability to secure within 30 days.
• English: B2 required.

• Aviation background.
• Familiarity with the FAA waiver process.
