Location: Remote (USA), 70% onsite travel required

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Teach partner agencies to effectively use Aerodome software, hardware, and hirify.global Integrations.
• Deliver comprehensive training modules both onsite at customer locations and in remote environments.
• Solve problems related to adoption and proficiency to ensure agencies maximize the potential of Drone as First Responder (DFR) programs.
• Independently lead onsite and remote training sessions for new and existing partner agencies.
• Contribute to the development of new training modules as software and hardware are updated.
• Serve as a primary Subject Matter Expert for customer questions regarding operational usage of the Aerodome platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong background in Public Safety Training.
• Active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification or ability to secure it within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to master and teach complex software and hardware ecosystems.
• Exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences, from command staff to patrol officers.
• Willingness to travel onsite to partner agencies (70% travel required).

Nice to have

• Aviation background to assist with technical and regulatory aspects of drone operations.
• Familiarity with the FAA waiver process.
