Sales Operations Analyst (SaaS): Supporting Sales and Marketing teams by resolving operational tickets and maintaining lead routing frameworks with an accent on operational efficiency and data-driven process optimization. Focus on troubleshooting complex routing fallout, implementing automation, and scaling revenue operations to support $1B+ ARR.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States). Priority hubs include Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, and Austin.
Salary: $70,000–$100,000

What you will do
- Manage and resolve Sales Operations support tickets within the Jira queue.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the lead routing framework using Salesforce, Chili Piper, and LeanData.
- Conduct regular audits of routing rules and lead assignments to identify and resolve fallout.
- Partner with platform admins to test routing logic and implement no-code/low-code automation.
- Build reports and dashboards for leadership to analyze process metrics and bottlenecks.
- Refine documentation for workflows, checklists, and troubleshooting processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with technical ticket management systems, specifically Jira.
- Ability to analyze data and propose actionable solutions for sales process improvement.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS certification, including a fingerprint-based background check.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
- Background working in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
