Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States). Priority hubs include Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, and Austin.

Salary: $70,000–$100,000

What you will do

• Manage and resolve Sales Operations support tickets within the Jira queue.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the lead routing framework using Salesforce, Chili Piper, and LeanData.
• Conduct regular audits of routing rules and lead assignments to identify and resolve fallout.
• Partner with platform admins to test routing logic and implement no-code/low-code automation.
• Build reports and dashboards for leadership to analyze process metrics and bottlenecks.
• Refine documentation for workflows, checklists, and troubleshooting processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with technical ticket management systems, specifically Jira.
• Ability to analyze data and propose actionable solutions for sales process improvement.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS certification, including a fingerprint-based background check.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
• Background working in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
