TL;DR

Client Growth & Success Operations Analyst (AI Health): Own operational workflows, reporting, and systems for client lifecycle management with an accent on renewals, expansion planning, and cross-functional execution. Focus on building scalable infrastructure, automating processes, and delivering data-driven insights to improve client outcomes and forecasting.

Location: Remote (USA only). Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.

Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 annually (bonus eligible).

What you will do

  • Own operational workflows for renewals, upsells, and expansion planning.
  • Build and maintain leadership reporting on renewals, pipeline, client health, and performance metrics.
  • Manage Monthly Business Review (MBR) reporting and SLT preparation.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and resource planning for accounts.
  • Drive escalation management and cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in client operations, business operations, or customer success operations.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence across levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce, reporting tools, or workflow systems preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
