What you will do
- Execute commissions processes in CaptivateIQ, including data validation, payout reviews, and issue resolution.
- Ensure data alignment and accuracy across Salesforce, CIQ, and internal reporting tools.
- Support quota planning processes through data preparation and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain reporting related to commissions and sales performance.
- Identify and address data inconsistencies and process gaps across systems and workflows.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to support compensation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Planning, or Commissions.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Must be based in the US (compensation complies with US federal and state wage laws).
Nice to have
- Experience with sales compensation tools such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or Varicent.
- Proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Previous experience in medical device, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
