What you will do

• Assemble electromechanical products (rotors, stators, motors) using manufacturing documentation and tooling.
• Operate machine strippers, potting mixers, and mold transfer presses.
• Install lead wire pin connectors and apply varnish, glue, and activators to assemblies.
• Complete final motor assembly and test performance per specifications.
• Monitor automated machinery and prepare/package final motor and drive assemblies.
• Participate in cross-training across all production operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Murphy, NC.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with soldering (or ability to become certified).
• Good eyesight (color distinction) and hand dexterity.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or sit for long periods.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
