What you will do

• Operate gundrilling, honing, and other specialized machinery.
• Review job assignments from production management to ensure timeline feasibility.
• Complete shop orders according to customer quality specifications and blueprints.
• Perform continual in-process inspections to identify and report material deviations.
• Track machine time using the VTA kiosk system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through the established clean-up program.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic mathematics and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with precision measurement tools.
• Ability to travel to Oxford, Maine daily.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for up to 8 hours daily.
• Good interpersonal communication and time management skills.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
