What you will do

• Assemble medical device components and electronic systems based on work orders and production drawings.
• Perform joining operations including crimping, soldering, welding, and press-fitting to secure parts.
• Mount electronic components such as resistors and capacitors on chassis panels and connect lead wires to printed circuits.
• Install finished subassemblies into cases and cabinets and attach necessary hardware.
• Conduct online go-not-go testing and inspections to ensure parts meet strict production standards.
• Operate within a Clean Environment Room (CER) to maintain product integrity.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from a technical school or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of related experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and written work instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for high-quality output.
• Physical ability to handle repetitive motions and sit for extended periods.
• Location: Must be based in San Jose, CA
