Production Builder I (Medical Devices): Assemble medical devices in cleanroom environment under supervision with an accent on quality conformance, in-process inspections, and adherence to manufacturing procedures. Location: Onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. Regular, reliable attendance required. Willingness and ability to work onsite.

Base Pay Range Per Hour: $18.00 - $23.00

What you will do

• Assemble medical devices following Federal QSR, ISO 13485, manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and safety policies.
• Perform in-process inspections of components and assemblies to verify quality.
• Record data on lot history records and manage component accountabilities.
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain cleanroom standards, housekeeping, and clean supplies/equipment.
• Report process/documentation issues and assist in resolutions.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent with 1+ year cleanroom assembly or manufacturing experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
• Basic math skills, attention to detail, high manual dexterity.
• Able to comprehend spoken and written English; effective communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP/QSR requirements.
• Able to use microscope, soldering iron, tweezers, and other hand-held tools.
• Regular onsite attendance in Salt Lake City, UT cleanroom (class 10,000). Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Lifting up to 25 pounds.
