What you will do

• Operate robotic dispensing systems in alignment with work orders and production schedules.
• Execute setup, changeover, calibration, and validation of robot workflows.
• Monitor robot performance, identify defect anomalies, and take corrective action.
• Perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance on automated dosing robots.
• Manage software and hardware handoffs, including MES interfaces, PLCs, and conveyors.
• Log production metrics and downtime events while maintaining standard operation procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or automated equipment operating environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and process flows.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
