What you will do

• Identify and reduce variation in process and tool performance.
• Increase production capacity on new and existing toolsets.
• Support defectivity and scrap reduction efforts.
• Define out-of-control action plans and improve tool reliability.
• Enhance cost performance, process monitoring, and sensor capabilities.
• Qualify alternate parts, develop specifications, and implement Six-Sigma methods.
• Participate in or lead cross-functional and lean activity teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Semiconductor Fabrication as PVD Engineering Technician or Engineer.
• Proficiencies in AMAT 5X00 Endura and RTP toolsets.
• Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
• Demonstrated presentation skills and strong verbal/written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple issues, shifting priorities, and interact across disciplines.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
