Salary: $137,600 - $206,400

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-aligned process improvement initiatives delivering gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Provide technical and thought leadership in Lean, Six Sigma, and process reengineering
• Analyze and design manufacturing workflows, operations, and layouts to maximize efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end improvement projects
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and ensure value realization from initiatives
• Develop organizational capability through training and coaching of other engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, Master's with 8+, or PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Plymouth, MN
• U.S. work authorization required (Sponsorship available for this Principal-level role)

Nice to have

• Lean / Six Sigma expertise in regulated, high-volume medical device manufacturing
• Experience supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) and site expansions
• Strong expertise in process mapping and data-driven problem solving
• Previous experience with hirify.global Performance System
