What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement hardware test plans and protocols for a wide range of electronic components.
• Create and maintain test hardware and software infrastructure.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing, including radiation effects testing (total dose, neutron, single event effects).
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with technicians and engineers to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on testability.
• Contribute to the development of new testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Experience testing a wide variety of electronic components, from diodes to memories.
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks.
• Strong experience in test data analysis and reporting.
• Direct experience with radiation effects testing of components.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR regulations (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
