Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (US) / £52,628 - £61,399 (UK)

What you will do

• Coordinate substantive workstreams within large strategic initiatives and manage standalone projects.
• Perform financial analysis, data visualization, and portfolio assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Drive the execution of strategic projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timeline and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate consensus-building across cross-functional teams and translate analytical insights into actionable roadmaps.
• Manage global engagements for senior leadership, including assembling agendas and talking points for country visits.
• Partner with internal and external communications teams to synchronize policy and advocacy leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a strategy or organizational performance role.
• Authorized to work in the USA (New York) or UK (London).
• Proven track record of driving strategic change and managing multiple demands under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and meeting facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a strategy consulting firm or the strategy function of a global organization.
• Previous experience within a humanitarian or development organization.
• Knowledge of French, Arabic, or Spanish.
