Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

  • Retain and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts, focusing on closing long-term contracts.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with customers at both operations and executive levels.
  • Promote new programs, products, and services to meet annual business growth objectives.
  • Lead client negotiations, including contract preparation and the structuring of financing solutions.
  • Manage customer contact databases and resolve billing disputes or collection issues.
  • Develop and update quarterly business plans to track and meet objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management and business development providing technical and financial solutions.
  • Location: Must be based in Boston, MA.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and advanced financial modeling in Excel (ROI calculations).
  • Experience in developing technical and business requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the Energy & Utilities industry.
  • Previous experience working in U.S. energy markets (natural gas, oil, coal, and electricity).
  • Strong ability to negotiate intricate agreements and influence long-term sales contracts.
