What you will do

• Supervise national teams to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with Field Operations and Middle Market departments to develop and implement process improvements for higher client retention.
• Select, coach, and develop Shared Services team members to sustain optimal individual and team performance.
• Analyze internal and external client needs regarding payroll processes, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
• Support process audits to ensure integrity and accountability for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and on-the-job training for successful team integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a related field.
• Prior supervisory experience (2 to 4 years strongly preferred).
• General awareness of HR disciplines including payroll, benefits, taxation, and accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with software testing and implementation processes.
• Must be based in or able to work in Kingwood, Texas.
