Salary: $177,000 - $221,000 USD (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of adoption, optimization, and integration of products as the POV Quarterback to reach the Moment of Value (MoV).
• Design and deliver value-based product demonstrations of the Digital Intelligence Platform to prospects.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, handling technical objections and responding to RFPs.
• Partner with Account Executives on opportunity qualification, strategy, and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to product management and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience in the software industry, including 3+ years with complex customers.
• Expert-level knowledge of performance monitoring tools (infrastructure, application, web/mobile, or UX).
• Proficiency in at least one language: Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, or Node.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, enterprise architecture, and API integration.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Must have valid US work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP and OTEL.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Background in iOS and Android platforms and architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
