What you will do

• Support field sales in helping customers understand hirify.global platform value
• Map customer requirements to hirify.global capabilities and grow trusted relationships through sales lifecycle
• Lead PoCs throughout evaluation process
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction for assigned accounts
• Prioritize needs and coordinate with support, product, and engineering teams
• Create technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and services
• Contribute to top-of-funnel marketing via blogs, webinars, trade shows, and events

Requirements

• 7+ years software engineer and/or sales engineer experience at SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise Software company
• Solid understanding of cloud computing trends and open source business models
• Strong listener and communicator able to lead discussions with Product Managers, Engineers, and Executives
• Enthusiasm for high-profile, fast-paced startup culture

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and other cloud native platforms
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD automation frameworks, AI, and LLM technologies
