Salary: $150,000–$160,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

• Engage with executive leadership and senior AI stakeholders to shape their AI integration strategy using hirify.global technologies.
• Translate complex business requirements into concrete architectural solutions and platform strategies.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and high-level client presentations.
• Guide customers on applying AI/ML technologies, agentic AI frameworks, and orchestration tooling within their API infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain custom demonstration environments and high-quality technical collateral like white papers and webinars.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and contribute to the team’s shared technical knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering or senior technical architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in API design principles and management patterns.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML tooling, AIOps platforms, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Solid command of Linux, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Git-based workflows.
• Applied knowledge of cybersecurity, authentication (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT), and SRE/observability principles.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both executive and engineering audiences.
