TL;DR

Location: Remote (US-based clients, up to 50% travel to client sites)

Salary: $89,900 – $125,800

What you will do

  • Partner with sales executives and clinician architects to align MCG solutions with customer technical needs in payer and provider markets.
  • Lead discussions on FHIR, HL7, RESTful APIs, data exchange, interoperability, and AI integration.
  • Design solution architectures, data flows, and deployment models for customer environments.
  • Handle security questionnaires, RFPs, risk assessments, and authentication protocols like OAuth2 and SSO.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, security, and implementation teams to validate feasibility and scope.
  • Develop technical collateral and assist in post-sale handoffs with implementation timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in computer science, information systems, engineering, healthcare informatics, or equivalent
  • 5+ years consultative experience with healthcare integrations, architecture, AI solutions, and workflows
  • Experience with FHIR, HL7, Smart on FHIR, API-driven architectures, and healthcare data handling
  • Strong skills in security, privacy, compliance, and communicating complex concepts
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites and events; meet client requirements like vaccination

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications in cloud, security, interoperability, or integration
  • Consultative mindset, problem-solving in ambiguity, and organizational skills
