What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to introduce hirify.global to potential customers and qualify opportunities.
• Lead product and solution briefings, build proof-of-concepts (POC), and run live product demos.
• Prototype hirify.global integrations and develop solution architectures to solve customer challenges.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams to improve customer experience.
• Identify and address technical objections to develop strategies for product adoption.

Requirements

• 3-8+ years of experience leading technical presentations, collecting requirements, and developing software solution architectures.
• Ability to develop and prototype solutions in languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Javascript.
• Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and streaming technologies (Kafka ecosystem preferred).
• Proficiency with Linux, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Flexibility to travel for customer meetings, events, or conferences.
