Salary: $100K – $130K base salary plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales engagements, including discovery, solution design, and POC management.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations to technical architects and C-suite executives (CIOs, CISOs).
• Configure and troubleshoot demo environments using REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, Python, and AWS/Azure.
• Partner with sales to respond to RFIs/RFPs and develop technical documentation like SOWs and architecture diagrams.
• Act as a technical bridge between prospects and product/engineering teams to capture and translate market feedback.
• Support integration discussions across cloud environments and enterprise tech stacks (IAM, SSO, encryption).

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Coding/scripting exposure in Python, JavaScript, or SQL for configuring demos and troubleshooting integrations.
• Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship or transfer.
• Ability to work in-office 2 days/week in Greenville, DE or Tysons, VA.
