What you will do

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle for mid-market and enterprise users from contract signing through launch.
• Develop and implement customer integration architecture, change management strategies, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Services teams to optimize the overall user journey.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to drive product strategy for large-scale users.
• Contribute to strategic projects aimed at scaling implementation processes and team operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience delivering technology solutions to strategic customers.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into tailored technical solutions.
• Proven project management skills and strong critical thinking abilities.
• Capability to explain complex technical concepts to enterprise-level customers.
• Experience identifying and resolving internal process inefficiencies.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a growth-stage internet or software company.
• Experience within the payments industry.
• Technical knowledge of APIs and SQL.
