What you will do

• Partner with sales to intake integration requests, qualify scope, gather requirements, and create project plans
• Manage portfolio of concurrent projects using Jira and Kanban, driving from kickoff to go-live
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success to resolve blockers and meet timelines
• Configure API integrations with SQL, JSON, SOQL data mapping and validate using Postman, Metabase
• Develop setup procedures, playbooks, and documentation for integrations
• Identify and recommend process improvements for intake and delivery pipeline

Requirements

• 3-5 years delivering integrations in SaaS or solution delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with sales/pre-sales on intake and scoping
• Technical fluency: JSON, APIs, data mapping
• Read/understand code structure, Postman for API testing, data validation
• Jira, Confluence for tracking/documentation, report building (Metabase equiv.), Agile/Kanban

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency
• Salesforce/SFDC, Metabase, Temporal, Workbench
• Legal tech or case management platforms experience
• Hands-on with hirify.global's EU Portal, Demands, Playbooks
