What you will do

• Lead the technical delivery and ownership of onboarding projects for new and existing clients.
• Consult with clients to understand requirements and align product features with their business objectives.
• Manage workstreams focused on system setup, configuration, and change management.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Provide onsite support for clients during project deliveries and go-live events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technology-related services delivery.
• Deep knowledge of ticketing technology and industry expertise in sports and entertainment.
• Proven experience in professional consultation and requirements gathering.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences.
• Demonstrated commitment to ownership, accountability, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery.
