TL;DR

Technical Implementation Manager (Healthtech): Leading the full client implementation lifecycle for a health insurance platform with an accent on onboarding health plan clients and managing technical workstreams. Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $100,000 - $145,000

What you will do

  • Lead the full client implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live.
  • Manage implementation timelines and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee technical integration workstreams, including API connections and EDI feeds.
  • Coordinate internal and client UAT and validation processes to ensure correct platform configuration.
  • Build scalable implementation processes and playbooks to improve future deployments.
  • Identify risks and blockers early to ensure successful and on-time launches.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in client implementation, delivery, or operations within healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of health plan or TPA operations, including claims administration and benefits.
  • Experience coordinating complex implementations across multiple organizations or teams.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with payer systems such as Facets, HealthEdge, QNXT, or Javelina.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data exchanges such as EDI transactions (834, 837).
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
