What you will do

• Build and deploy hands-on AI solutions, including prompt engineering and agent configuration, to eliminate manual and repetitive workflows.
• Evangelize AI across the Mavens business unit to drive adoption and foster a culture of rapid experimentation.
• Partner with the training team to design playbooks and templates that increase AI fluency across all team levels.
• Track and report on adoption rates, time savings, and quality improvements attributable to AI implementation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Quality to translate proven AI workflows into standardized delivery methodology and playbooks.
• Provide expert AI advisory to internal engineering teams and external customers regarding implementation and guardrails.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of core AI concepts and technical foundations, specifically how LLMs work.
• Extensive experience leveraging Claude (Cowork, Code, etc.) for workflow automation.
• Hands-on technical fluency in prompt engineering and agent configuration.
• Strong change management instincts and ability to communicate technical value to non-technical teammates.
• Experience operating independently in fast-moving environments without a predefined playbook.
• Must be based in the United States.
