What you will do

• Redesign healthcare business processes using AI-first principles and agentic workflows.
• Develop and deploy multi-agent systems using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) including prompt engineering and memory.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational problems into AI-driven prototypes and production solutions.
• Automate critical payer workflows such as claims adjudication, prior authorization, and provider data management.
• Train client teams to become AI-native and build reusable playbooks for AI tool adoption.
• Improve engineering productivity via AI-driven code generation, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in software engineering or AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience in U.S. healthcare payer or PBM environments, including knowledge of HIPAA.
• Proven ability to work in client-facing or consulting roles.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare platforms (claims, CRM) or integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Epic.
• Prior experience in forward-deployed engineering models (e.g., Palantir).
