What you will do

• Produce high-quality technical deep dives, guides, and system-level explainers on evals, agents, and observability.
• Interview engineers, researchers, and customers to extract real-world workflows and turn them into structured content.
• Define and execute a content strategy by identifying and addressing gaps in developer knowledge.
• Implement AI-native workflows to accelerate writing, editing, and research velocity.
• Partner with Product, DevRel, and Marketing to align content with upcoming product releases.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering and AI/LLM application development.
• Proven experience creating technical content such as blogs, guides, or documentation.
• Ability to interview subject matter experts and extract high-signal information.
• Operator mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using AI tools in a day-to-day professional workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLM-based systems (RAG, agents, eval frameworks).
• Previous experience writing developer documentation or tutorials.
• Background that spans both technical development and editorial/journalism.
