What you will do

• Use AI content pipelines to generate drafts for release notes, in-app help, enablement materials, and documentation.
• Apply editorial review to AI output for accuracy, clarity, voice, and technical correctness, following templates and style guides.
• Produce and maintain release notes, changelogs, and in-app contextual help aligned to sprint and release cycles.
• Develop enablement content for Sales, CX, and Support teams, translating technical changes for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Digital Adoption Specialist, and cross-functional teams for content alignment and timely delivery.
• Track metrics, flag pipeline issues, and contribute to workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Must be located in Austin, TX; hybrid work required.
• 3 to 5+ years of technical writing, content production, or product documentation in SaaS/software environments.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI/LLM tools for content generation and workflow automation.
• Strong writing/editing skills focused on clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Experience with release notes, help docs, or enablement content.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira; ability to learn products quickly.
• Collaborative mindset for working across Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with Pendo or digital adoption platforms.
• Background in product marketing, customer education, or UX writing.
• Experience with AI-powered content pipelines or prompt workflows.
