Location: Must be based in the USA (Hybrid options in New York, Denver, and San Francisco, or Remote)

Salary: $125,000 – $185,000 + Equity

hirify.global is a Series A startup rebuilding financial infrastructure—including accounting, banking, and spending tools—to help American family-run businesses become more profitable and resilient.

What you will do

  • Define and execute a zero-to-one content strategy tied to business goals: growth, activation, trust, and retention.
  • Build and refine AI-augmented workflows for research, drafting, and repurposing to operate at high velocity.
  • Develop a reliable content pipeline and distribution playbook to ensure assets compound across channels.
  • Transform raw customer stories from agriculture, construction, and property management into compelling narratives.
  • Partner with growth, sales, and product marketing to support GTM campaigns and high-converting landing pages.

Requirements

  • Proven experience standing up content programs from scratch, including systems, workflows, and distribution strategies.
  • Combination of strategic marketing mindset and investigative journalistic instincts.
  • AI-native approach, using AI tools daily for research, editing, and analysis to achieve outsized impact.
  • Ability to operate independently and prioritize in a high-ambiguity, early-stage startup environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work with sales, customer success, and product teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, accounting, SMB SaaS, or real-economy industries like agriculture and construction.
  • Background in sales enablement and creating materials for CX and partner teams.
