What you will do

• Develop and maintain a unified editorial calendar across the blog, website, social media, and PR channels.
• Write and edit high-quality technical content, including blog posts, thought leadership, scripts, and web pages.
• Lead the company's voice on LinkedIn and Instagram, shaping narratives to amplify product and partnership updates.
• Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to distill complex technical work into clear, engaging stories.
• Manage video content creation, including storyboarding, scripting, and production review.
• Partner with the Talent team to create compelling employer brand content to attract researchers and engineers.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in communications, marketing, or editorial roles, preferably in B2B tech, AI, or deep-tech.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to distill technical concepts into accessible stories.
• Strong narrative instincts and ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences and formats.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical stakeholders and designers.
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the Shoreditch office in London.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting executives with talks, presentations, and event materials.
• Familiarity with visual design workflows using Figma or Adobe Suite.
• Experience working with video production.
