What you will do

• Use AI agents and LLM workflows to scrape customer websites, generate topic structures, landing pages, and hirify.global libraries.
• Convert documents into structured content using hirify.global's AI Content Assistant and run AI-assisted audits for migration plans.
• Handle manual imports from Google Drive, SharePoint where needed and contribute to reusable templates.
• Review, refine, and rewrite AI-generated content for clarity, conciseness, and usefulness.
• Apply design principles to ensure logical hierarchy, clean formatting, and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with CSMs and Solutions Engineers to scope and deliver customer implementations.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English for reading dense documents, rewriting clearly, and Zoom calls with customers.
• Genuine design eye for formatting, hierarchy, and layout.
• Hands-on comfort with AI tools and LLMs in daily work.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Fast learner for new tools, platforms, and workflows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with sales enablement, customer success, or SaaS.
• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM workflows.
• Background in content design, instructional design, or UX writing.
• Exposure to Notion, Google Drive, SharePoint.
