TL;DR
AI Content Specialist (AI/LLM): Building polished, structured Spekit experiences for customer implementations by transforming websites and documents into content libraries, topic structures, landing pages, and workflows with an accent on AI-assisted content creation, editorial quality, and visual structure. Focus on auditing and migrating content, refining LLM outputs, developing reusable templates, and coordinating builds with Customer Success and Solutions teams.
Location: Mexico; remote
Compensation: $600–$800 per month

What you will do
- Use AI agents, LLM workflows, and 's AI Content Assistant to scrape websites, import playbooks and documents, and create structured topics, landing pages, and Spek libraries.
- Audit customer content libraries, identify materials to keep, transform, or retire, and turn findings into migration plans.
- Review, rewrite, and refine AI-generated content to ensure clarity, concise writing, strong structure, and human-quality editorial standards.
- Apply visual hierarchy, clean formatting, logical navigation, and consistency to customer organizations and AI-generated visual outputs.
- Develop reusable templates, content frameworks, internal standards, and shared assets.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers, occasionally speaking directly with customers to clarify needs and review deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English required for reviewing dense documents, rewriting content, and communicating with customers on Zoom.
- Strong editorial judgment and the ability to identify and improve low-quality AI-generated content.
- A strong design eye for formatting, hierarchy, layout, and visual consistency.
- Hands-on comfort with AI tools and LLMs, including a focus on improving output quality.
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects independently and stay organized.
- Curiosity, fast learning ability, and comfort adopting new tools, platforms, and workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales enablement, customer success, or SaaS environments.
- Experience with prompt engineering or LLM-based workflows.
- Background in content design, instructional design, UX writing, or editorial work.
- Familiarity with Notion, Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar content ecosystems.
- Basic understanding of automation concepts, workflows, and AI agents.
