Senior AI Technical Writer (AI/SaaS): Producing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for software products with an accent on implementation guides, APIs, integrations, and solution architecture. Focus on leveraging AI writing agents and NLP tools for efficiency, creating diagrams for data flows, and ensuring accuracy across product lifecycle.

Location: Philippines - Manila. Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week in hirify.global office with AI Tech Writer Team. Must work US Business Hours (8AM-5PM ET, Monday-Friday).

What you will do

• Own documentation for assigned software products throughout the lifecycle, serving as primary authority.
• Create implementation, deployment, configuration, and integration guides including APIs and data flows.
• Document product features, architecture, workflows, troubleshooting, and admin tools using text and diagrams.
• Utilize AI writing agents, NLP tools, and analytics to enhance documentation efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Services; participate in release planning.
• Review, edit, maintain version control, and mentor junior writers.

Requirements

• 5+ years as technical writer in software/SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience documenting complex systems, configurations, integrations.
• Strong skills translating technical concepts into clear documentation; work with SMEs.
• Proficiency in Confluence, Markdown, Git-based repos; create diagrams.
• Ability to work hybrid from Manila office (2+ days/week) during US ET business hours.
• Excellent communication, organization, independent work in cross-functional teams.
