What you will do

• Create architectural guides, system overviews, onboarding materials, and API specifications.
• Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and product managers to extract and document complex technical concepts.
• Standardize writing styles and structures across the engineering team to elevate overall communication.
• Implement and optimize documentation workflows using modern and AI tools.
• Build and maintain documentation for internal professional services and external system integrator (SI) partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with information architecture and knowledge management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and comfort working directly with software engineers.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for documentation workflow improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with docs-as-code, Git-based version control, Markdown, and YAML.
• Ability to read codebase and write code samples in TypeScript and React.
• Experience creating SI partner-facing technical documentation.
• Willingness to act as a Scrum Master.
