What you will do

  • Build, lead, and develop the enterprise and casino sales team, focusing on structured account planning and pipeline predictability.
  • Define and own the GTM strategy, including segmentation, target account lists, and multi-threaded pursuit strategies for complex deals.
  • Own revenue goals and KPIs, specifically net-new logo ARR, NRR expansion, and forecast predictability.
  • Build executive relationships with decision-makers at global hotel brands and casino groups.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to sharpen GTM processes.
  • Drive portfolio expansion across existing accounts to deepen the strategic footprint within each relationship.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience with global scope.
  • 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep expertise in hospitality, casino gaming, or large-scale multi-property businesses.
  • Proven success winning complex, large-scale enterprise deals with multi-entity rollout models.
  • Experience selling to global hotel brands at the executive level.
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Experience building and scaling global sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Background operating at VP level or above in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Established executive relationships across major hotel groups or casino operators.
