Location: Remote. Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Brazil, Jamaica, South Africa, or the Philippines. Must work 9am–5pm in CT, MT, or PT time zones.

What you will do

  • Build and execute email and SMS campaigns within modern lifecycle platforms.
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure deliverables move smoothly from creative to implementation using Asana.
  • Set up segmentation, tagging, UTMs, and filtering logic.
  • Perform full QA on campaigns, checking links, rendering, device compatibility, and dynamic content.
  • Coordinate proactively with strategists, project managers, and creative teams to flag roadblocks early.
  • Participate in client calls to provide status updates and maintain organized asset calendars.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing campaign coordination or using email/SMS platforms.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Available to work 9am–5pm in CT, MT, or PT time zones.
  • Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Brazil, Jamaica, South Africa, or the Philippines.
  • Proficiency with Asana and Slack in a structured operational environment.
