What you will do

• Develop campaign strategies aligned with revenue growth, prioritizing CRM channels (Email, WhatsApp, SMS).
• Plan and manage commercial campaigns and events, ensuring cross-team alignment and organizational priority.
• Define goals, KPIs, budgets; own operational steering and task assignments.
• Identify risks early and develop countermeasures for market or operational challenges.
• Evaluate results via post-mortem analyses, create playbooks for recurring campaigns.
• Analyze trends, customer behavior, competitors to identify growth opportunities and refine strategy.
• Produce performance analyses and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong English skills (written and spoken); German is a great plus.
• Several years in strategic marketing planning and project management, ideally DTC/e-commerce.
• Proven success in revenue-impacting campaigns.
• Deep understanding of CRM/retention mechanics and customer lifecycle optimization.
• Commercial thinking, impact prioritization, structured analytical approach.
• Strong communication to lead and align stakeholders.
