What you will do

• Coordinate video content production, including scheduling SME interviews, managing run sheets, and organizing assets on Wistia and YouTube.
• Support webinars and virtual events by handling scheduling, promotion, registration, and slide creation.
• Publish and update website pages, including articles and landing pages, while managing basic metadata.
• Create and deploy email campaigns and newsletters using ActiveCampaign or similar tools.
• Track digital mentions and ensure content style, formatting, and completeness before publication.
• Maintain project visibility, tasks, and timelines within Asana.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a marketing support role.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
