TL;DR

Staff Program Manager, Classified Infrastructure: Drive end-to-end execution of the Classified Infrastructure roadmap for U.S. Government’s sensitive missions with an accent on compliance (Secret/IL6 ATO), operational maturity, and scalable governance. Focus on establishing audit-ready processes, vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, and vendor accountability across DoD IL4/IL5/IL6 and Top Secret environments.

Location: Washington, DC (onsite). Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) to the extent required by U.S. Government contracts. The selected candidate may be subject to drug testing.

Salary: $158,000 — $238,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive execution of Classified Infrastructure roadmap, translating strategic objectives into milestones and deliverables.
  • Orchestrate preparation for classified work, manage risks, dependencies, and compliance gaps.
  • Establish operational models for U.S. Public Sector environments (DoD IL4/IL5/IL6, Top Secret, FedRAMP) to ensure audit readiness and maturity.
  • Drive vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, change management, and incident response alignment.
  • Manage vendors and partners, enforce SLAs, and provide necessary artifacts.
  • Implement governance, reporting, executive dashboards, and KPIs for program health.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in TPM or Engineering Management leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives
  • 2+ years supporting regulated environments (FedRAMP, DoD IL4/5/6, Top Secret)
  • Demonstrated experience operationalizing compliance frameworks for continuous monitoring and audit readiness
  • Strong technical fluency in AWS, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures
  • Experience managing vendor ecosystems and Jira/Atlassian for cross-boundary dependencies
  • Bias for action, accountability, and ability to align Sales, Engineering, Security, and GRC teams
