What you will do

• Design cost-optimized and fault-tolerant AWS infrastructure to support platform scaling and reliability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and CircleCI to accelerate development cycles.
• Create Terraform modules and infrastructure guidelines to establish and evangelize best practices.
• Monitor system performance and reliability using Datadog and apply necessary software upgrades.
• Implement security best practices complying with HIPAA, HITRUST, and FDA requirements.
• Architect and build a secure internal AI Ops platform to manage AI/ML agents for DevOps optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating production cloud infrastructure on AWS in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and EKS, including cluster bootstrapping and day-2 operations.
• Strong operational knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Deep expertise in Terraform for building clean and scalable IaC modules.
• Experience building infrastructure for sensitive data containing PHI/PII.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI agents to optimize infrastructure management or DevOps workflows.
• Knowledge of GitOps frameworks, chaos engineering, or game-day facilitation.
• Experience building systems in healthcare, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries.
• Expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity plans, and multi-cluster topologies.
