What you will do

• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Own build, test, and deployment pipelines to make production deploys fast and reliable.
• Write production backend services and contribute to core server-side systems.
• Build reusable archetypes for deployments, jobs, consumers, and workers.
• Improve developer experience through local workflows, build optimizations, and internal tooling.
• Collaborate on security and compliance including secrets management, IAM, and audit logging.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in backend engineering, infrastructure engineering, or hybrid roles.
• Strong proficiency in strongly-typed/compiled language (Go, Rust, Java, TypeScript, etc.).
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
• Comfortable writing application code and managing infrastructure.
• Systems thinking to debug full request stacks.

Nice to have

• Terraform or equivalent IaC experience.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
• Kubernetes experience.
• TypeScript/Node.js.
• Regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC 2).
