Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Senior Infrastructure Engineer (AWS/GCP): Designing, building, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure for a FinTech rent payment platform with an accent on performance optimization, reliability, and AI-augmented automation. What you will do

• Collaborate with service teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure on AWS/GCP, optimizing for performance, resilience, and cost.
• Automate provisioning with Terraform and drive Infrastructure as Code adoption.
• Apply SRE principles to boost reliability, manage on-call, and conduct post-incident reviews.
• Build self-service tools, optimize CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and improve developer workflows.
• Develop monitoring/alerting systems using tools like Datadog to proactively resolve issues.
• Lead incident response and communicate infrastructure changes across teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of cloud infrastructure experience, U.S. based
• Proven AWS experience (EKS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, Load Balancers, VPC, Lambdas, DocumentDB, DynamoDB)
• Terraform for infrastructure management
• Containerized apps, Kubernetes, microservices
• GitHub Actions, CI/CD best practices, developer tools
• Monitoring/observability, networking (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs)
• Coding experience in Java, Python, or TypeScript
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
